About 7 days after your approval to begin, receive real painting photos. One round of minor adjustments is included.
Ready for your space.
Approve the finished work, pay the balance, and we’ll prepare your painting for delivery. Drying, framing and U.S. delivery are included in the estimated 20–30 days from approval to begin.

Can I start with an idea instead of a photo?+
Absolutely. Describe the subject, colors or mood you have in mind. You can add style references now or share them by email as we develop the composition together.
When does my deposit become non-refundable?+
Your full $299 is refundable until you explicitly approve the final plan and authorize us to begin creating the painting. Only then does $199 become non-refundable. If you cancel after that point and do not receive the painting, we refund the remaining $100. Paying your deposit does not itself authorize us to begin.
How will we stay in touch?+
By email, with a clear order reference. You can reply to share additional photos, ask questions and confirm your composition. No new account or messaging app is needed.
What if my painting needs a small adjustment?+
One round of minor adjustments is included after you see the finished painting photos. These are small refinements within your approved composition. A new subject or a different composition is a new request, which we discuss before doing further work.
