These Terms of Service govern your use of mrgfineartgallery.com, operated by Mr G Fine Art Inc. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

Store information

The site presents original and commissioned fine art for acquisition. We try to describe each artwork accurately, including medium, dimensions, framing, condition, price, and availability. Screen settings and photography can cause minor differences in color and texture; additional photographs are available on request.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Artwork is generally one of one and remains subject to prior sale. We may correct genuine typographical or pricing errors before accepting an order.

Checkout status and orders

The “Request to order” button creates an order inquiry only and does not create a reservation or accepted order. A sale is formed only after the artwork, total charges, delivery terms, and payment method are confirmed in writing and payment is accepted. When Shopify Checkout is activated, an order remains subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, and payment authorization.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, logo, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mr G Fine Art Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use site content in violation of law or intellectual property rights.

Third-party services

The site relies on Shopify and may link to or use third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr G Fine Art Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, severability, and applicable law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Applicable law governs these Terms without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
